旅游特色小鎮(zhèn)項(xiàng)目丨赤城縣赤城鎮(zhèn)溫泉度假小鎮(zhèn)項(xiàng)目
項(xiàng)目單位：赤城溫泉管理處
規(guī)劃面積：約12000畝
涉及村落：漚麻坑、周里溝
招商對象：投資商、開發(fā)商、運(yùn)營服務(wù)商，要求世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)
本項(xiàng)目將充分挖掘溫泉資源特色和本底文化內(nèi)涵，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外高端溫泉度假區(qū)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對利用周邊良好的山形地勢和生態(tài)環(huán)境，打造集養(yǎng)生休療、休閑度假、康體健身于一體的國家級旅游度假區(qū)。
1、對現(xiàn)有設(shè)施進(jìn)行改造提升，引入新型溫泉度假、休療養(yǎng)生方式，建設(shè)多樣化溫泉設(shè)施。
2、依托溫泉溝西麓的湯泉森林公園，整合周邊山體，開展戶外拓展項(xiàng)目，完善區(qū)域整體休閑功能。
3、推動(dòng)滑雪與溫泉組合發(fā)展，加快新雪國旅游項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)進(jìn)度。
項(xiàng)目位于縣城以西6公里、S345以南的溫泉溝內(nèi)，曾為皇家御用溫泉，資源品級較高，醫(yī)療養(yǎng)生效果顯著，被譽(yù)為“關(guān)外第一 泉”，目前為國家4A級景區(qū)，擁有各類賓館與培訓(xùn)中心50多家，游客接待量約占全縣的80%。
本項(xiàng)目總投資預(yù)計(jì)80億元。
項(xiàng)目建成后，預(yù)計(jì)年接待300萬人次，綜合收入可達(dá)120000 萬元，實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤40000萬元，實(shí)現(xiàn)稅收10000萬元。項(xiàng)目建成后可直接帶動(dòng)2個(gè)貧困村，200余戶，500余人增收，輻射帶動(dòng)4個(gè)貧困村及縣城，可間接帶動(dòng)10000余人增收。

Project Profile
The project will explore the characteristics of hot spring resources and local cultural connotation. By combining with the development experience of high-end hot spring resorts at home and abroad, it will make full use of the surrounding mountainous topography and ecological environment to create a national tourist resort with the combination of healthcare, leisure, recreation and fitness.
Construction Content
1.The project includes the renovation of existing facilities, introduction of new ways of hot spring resorts and health regimes, and the construction of diversified hot spring facilities.
2.Relying on the Tangquan Forest Park in the west of the Hot Spring Ditch, it integrates with the surrounding mountains to carry out outdoor development projects, and to improve the overall leisure function of the area.
3.It will promote the development of ski and spa, and accelerate the construction of the Snowland tourism project.
Investment Highlights
The project is located in the hot spring ditch, 6 kilometers west of the county town and south of S345. It used to be a royal hot spring. With high quality resource and remarkable medical health effect, it is known as the “first spring outside Shanhaiguan” and is currently a national 4A level scenic spot. It has more than 50 hotels and training centers, with about 80% of total visitor reception capacity of the county.
Investment Estimation
The total investment of the project is estimated at 8 billion yuan.
Benefit Analysis
After the completion, the project is expected to achieve an annual reception of 3 million, a comprehensive income of 120,000 yuan, a profit of 400 million yuan, and tax revenue of 100 million yuan. The project, after completion, will directly promote the development of 2 poverty-stricken villages, and help more than 200 households and more than 500 people to increase their income. It will also indirectly drive 4 poverty-stricken villages and counties, which will help more than 10,000 people to increase their income.
